Wow. That's an upset. Schock has a knack for winning big upsets.
Ricca blew this one. When you hear voters say, "I voted for her 3 times, but this time I'm not because of how she treated me personally," you know it's bad. Schock will actually have a tougher race next time around. We'll see how he votes the next 2 years.
